Description
The 2019 VIN312 Cabernet Franc is a medium body red that has a bright pale red color. This wine has an amazing distinct peppery perfume that makes it unique among the other VIN312 wines. Cab Franc is one of the parent grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon. It is often blended with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot to make a Bordeaux blend. It isn’t easy to make a 100% Cab Franc but our winemaker has been putting a lot of hard work into this one! We love it!
