The VIN312 2021 Super Tuscan red blend is a marriage of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon.
This vintage of our Super Tuscan blend has interesting pepper notes blended with the raspberry and dark cherry fruit making it a great representation of the 2019 growing season. Warner believes that this wine has great aging potential and every day he opens a new bottle is excited by the way it is developing in the bottle.
This wine can be enjoyed with food from the region including red meats, tomato sauces (including pizza!) or on its own. This bottle is worth holding in the cellar for a couple of months but can be enjoyed today!
