Ingredients
Main Dish:
- 1 roasting pan
- Chicken legs and thighs
- Potatoes (cut into chunks)
Marinade:

- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- Red pepper flakes
- Lots of Greek oregano
- A pinch of Lawry's seasoning

- 5 whole garlic cloves
- Kalamata olives (sliced)
- Dill (chopped)
- Parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F–400°F.
- Place chicken legs and thighs in a roasting pan.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then pour some marinade over the chicken.
- Add potatoes, garlic cloves, sliced olives, dill, and parsley.
- Use your hands to coat and turn the chicken evenly.
